LAST GAME WESTERN @ LESLIE

we came in the game pumped. we started the game on a 13-0 run. The rest of the game we were cruising along for the win. I needed 5 points to break my goal of 150 points and i had...............11 points!!! so i exceeded my goal finishing the season with 156 points, 13 points per game!!!
I always finish a season looking back on things i need to improve on. So this off season and during our tournaments and RAC teams ill be working on attacking the rim, and drawing defenders in to create open looks for other teammates. Since last year i improved on passing and outside shooting. even though i actually lost my outside shot after Thanksgiving brake. the first half of the season i shot like 4-7 threes, 57%, the second half of the season i shot like 15% so that was ehhh, but also i improved on freethrows. last year i was like 45% this year i was more like 75%, still not what i want to be cause in practice i shoot about 90% so i gotta keep working on that. ANYWAY it was a good season, not as good as it should have been but it was good. looking forward to next year in high school and seeing where ill end up.

ALBION @ WESTERN

OUR LAST HOME GAME!!! we earlier faced defeat at Albion from a buzzer beater. We didn't want another game like that. we won by like 12ish. We played hard, Crowley played great and i had 14? maybe, something like that. our crowd was...lively lol. Thanks for helping us get an undefeated home record! your pyramids were sweet! our last game is @ Leslie.

Western vs. Columbia

we beat Columbia in a tournament game at Albion. I had 15 points, JaKe had 14 points but shot 100%. We would have gone on to play Hillsdale in the final game of the tournament but they had a snow day and they didn't want to reschedule the game, so yeah.

we lost, i had 9 points in the 1st half, and 1 point in the second. I'm not very satisfied with 10 points unless my other teammates make up for it. It's tough though, we have our 4th coach and only 1 practice with him, our point guard/co-captain has two broken fingers, its just a frustrating season.
I did sent a guy to the hospital though! i stripped the ball from him and so the ball was rolling toward the sideline. He fouled ME actually, he was grabbin my arm so we both dove for the ball and i just crushed his face into the hardwood. He was layin on the ground in his blood and i saw two of his teeth layin on the floor. i felt sooooooo bad. He was on the ground for a long time and finally he was able to get up and he was taken to the hospital.
were like 5-3 now...pretty pissed off
i don't even care about braking 150 points i just wanna win.

HILLSDALE @ WESTERN

1st of all it was a sloppy game. we have n new coach (again) so we don't have any offensive plays down yet. So for me i shot terrible cause too long of a break and i hadn't touched a ball in like 3 DAYS!!! so i had 12 points. in the first half we played slopy. we were tied at like 19 i think. SOOOO since i was shooting bad i decided i was gonna come out in the second half focused on DEFENCE and rebounding. It worked. They had this big dude like 6''2' maybe and so i didn't want him to be scoring on me cause...i just didn't. so we gott pretty into it, i like it when i get to play rough. i don't think he did score on me. ANYWAY it was close most the game but we made some stops, made some free throws (JaKe) and we won!!!!! I finished braking 2 of my personal records ending with 11 blocks and 24 rebounds. And its my first triple-double ever so im happy!

we have a personal hatred against Leslie due to a number of things, like there super intendent threatening to kick me and JaKe and the Nates out of their high school gym because we were cheering for Western at a varsity game. AND they have annoying cheerleaders who were to afraid to come tonight, hehehe. AND they beat us last year because they are gay and the their refs were on marijuana, and fouled me out of the game, fags. BUT tonight was defiantly different. WE STOMPED THEM, our refs suck to but they were callin bull both ways and we would have beat them anyway. i had either 14 or 16 points idk and it doesn't really matter that much cause we gott the "W". ill just say i had 14. I sat out most of the second half because were were smokin them like a Jamaican. but I'm fine with that. Our official coach now is our VP Mr. McDaniel, Ben can't coach us, but it is what it is. It defiantly has been tough for us though cause we've gone through 4 coaches already, but all we gotta do is play hard and do what we do like we did tonight. AND we don't have a game on Tuesday cause stockbridge was scared and didn't want to play us again...i don't blame them. he-yeah JK

not much to say. probably the worst and most....just....idk it was just retarded. marshall has the worst court i have ever played on. it literally is more slippery than our school hallways. i scored..........not enough, four bull s%#@ fouls and like 2 rebounds. i swear i wanted to kill somebody. so all this game was good for is getting me ticked off and so ill seriously demolish albion on monday.

sweet game! It was close most the game but in the 4th quarter we came out on fire! I money'd two 3's that game, made me happy. Landon had freakin 8 points! lol. 6 in which were free-throws. JaKe had a solid game with like 9 or 11 points, probably 6 assists. I broke my personal record of 24 points! I had 26 points and maybe 4 assists. JaKe once in a RAC game scored 29 points! (oh yeah playa'). the final score was 45-61.
Marshall better be ready for us, cause you better believe were commin hard at them.

COLUMBIA CENTRAL @ WESTERN

Ho-Kay, So, We had a bball game on Monday vs Columbia Central. We lost to them last year so we knew it would be tough. But we went to work right from the tip-off. It was a rough game :) I scored the first 4 points but got in foul trouble. COMPLETELY BS!!!!! The first call, i barely got the dude, not enough to call a foul anyway. The second call just sucked. i wasn't even on the guy. Crowley was guarding him, and Crowley didn't foul him either. But whatever. Anyway, I came in later off the bench, scored 4 points and got another foul.lol. yeeeaahhhh... i sat out the rest of the half.lol. It was a close game most of the half. Max, JaKe, Roman, the Nates, and all of them played real hard. Max had a handfull of blocks right in a row toward the end of the 2nd quarter.BEAST. JaKe had a MONSTER block on that big #52 guy.BEASTx2. and Roman had an insane behind the back-spinning pass to JaKe for an easy layup. We went on a big run at the end of the 1st half!!! soo Half-Time we were winning. Somthing -to- Somthing.lol.
We kept playin hard and crashed the boards and held them off to the end. I had a 3-pointer and an And1, and finished with...17 points i believe. JaKe had 11 points i think, and everyone else had some too. We played great as a team. Were gettin better everyday, were undefeated 2-0, and now we gotta go kill Lansing Christian!!!

well, I cant complain about the game on Mon. Im not too happy though either. We Won!!! 42-10. "wow" i know. kinda boring. By the end of the 1st quarter it was 20-0. I played like...12 min, so yeah, im used to playin more like 20 min. lol. I scored 7 points.. like 2 assists.. a block.. a handfull of rebounds. idk not to great. not at all. my GOAL is to get 150 points this year. 7 isnt a good way to start it out. I Know its not about how many points you individually score. its about the TEAM. but its just a personal goal to challange myself.

BASKETBALL TRY-OUTS!!!!!!!!!!

Sooo...Basketball Try-Outs start on the 27th!!! I'm pretty freakin excited! I think our team is gonna be better than we were last year. They're only taking 12 players this year instead of 15. Yay! Ya know Cliff Kelley? the big dude from Albion? He is actually going to Parkside now wich sucks cause we cant even play him. Anyway I'm excited and such and can't wait to go out and play and improve.

Ohhhhhhh and all you peeps better come and watch our games... Unless i dont make the team... But even then, you should go....& such

Tecumseh Soccer Tounament!!!

Sooo... Sorry i havent been posting anything but nothing is happening in my life exept stuff. And you don't want to hear about stuff cause thats what evereybody else writes about. But i will anyway.
I just got back from a soccer tournament in Tecumseh. Twas pretty sweet. We took 1st place baby, yeah!!! our record was 4-0. Our first game was against Tecumseh-14. We lost to them in the regular season 1-6 but neither Jake or I was there cause we had more importiant things to do so uhhh... yeah. Thus we beat them 4-0 in the tournament (suck on that! JK). I had the first goal then Jake followed with another (my asisst). 2 more goals and the whistle blew 3 times. It was pretty gnarly.
Our second game was against Tecumseh-13. We won that game before it even started cause in our season we beat them like 8-0 the first time, and 9-1 the next. We won 3-0. Just like before, I had the first goal then Jake had the next. This beast of a kid Tyler who was a guest player scored. Blah-Blah-Blah we win, who-rah.
Game 3 the next morning was against Tecumseh-14 again. Long time no see. We dont like them. But we felt like being nice anyway so we let up and only beat them 7-0 (hehe)(That was sarcasm incase your not the sharpest crayon in the box). I had the first goal, then asissted Jake for next. Speaking of Jake, he was being a stud. He did some Tricks and put on the Hat (if you are one who is not too shabby, that means he had a Hat Trick)((if you really not smart at all, a hat trick is 3 goals)) :) But seriously it was a good game. or...fun anyway.
CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!!!! Jackson United vs Columbia...(i think) Devin Cole had the first goal this time. my asisst. Columbia had a goal. Booo. But like 20 sec. later Devin set me up with a beautiful ball for an easy goal. Final score 2-1. yay. we got shirts that said "CMSA TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS" and somthing else maybey. Jake, Nate McUmber, Devin, and I are gonna wear them to school on monday.
It was fun. not as fun as Basketball tournament of coarse. Well, im gonna do somthin different now.
